CCR’s Virtual Services ensure an experienced Relocation Consultant guides your every move in conjunction with CCRMyMove, thus allowing you the independence of making progress on your own with the reassurance that you always have the right information, guidance and CCRChat to hand. Our virtual services cover all the most important aspects of a relocation.

With all our virtual services, you will be given access to CCRMyMove. Whether you access this through the app (available from the App Store & Play Store) or through the portal (which by the way is customized for every user with relevant information), viewings, appointments etc. will be scheduled on your behalf at times that suit you.

  • Based on your requirements and preferences, suitable properties will be shortlisted for you and presented on CCRMyMove. Based on your choices, viewings will be arranged. Once you have chosen a property, your consultant will negotiate on your behalf, will review your lease, and will guide you through lease-signing and move-in. It couldn’t be easier!

  • Based on your requirements and preferences, suitable schools will be shortlisted for you and presented on CCRMyMove. Based on your choices, viewings will be arranged. Once you have chosen a school(s), your consultant will arrange for you to receive the necessary enrollment forms and will guide you through the purchase of school uniforms, books etc., as applicable. It couldn’t be easier!

  • As you navigate your new hometown your consultant will populate your space on CCRMyMove with all the essential amenities that you should be aware of. This will include doctors, hospitals, and health centres, it will also include sport, leisure, and fitness amenities, along with shopping and recreation options. Remember too that if you have any specific questions or requests, CCRChat will be available for you to ask questions of your consultant. It couldn’t be easier!

  • When you relocate to a new country or area, some things are essential, we call these ‘My Essentials’. So, whether you are opening a bank account, registering for a social security number, or undertaking any other mandatory activity linked to your relocation, your consultant will guide you each step of the way through your space on CCRMyMove. It couldn’t be easier!
