An area-orientation tour allows the employee an opportunity to get an in-depth perspective of their new locality. We ensure that the employee (and their family) receive a thorough perspective of local housing market, options & areas; cost of living information; local amenities and services (health, fitness, leisure, shopping etc.); commute times; public transport options; any other points of interest that the employee may express an interest in.

While we are working with the employee to find their new permanent home, we can arrange accommodation in a high-quality temporary rental property. This provides the employee with an immediate ‘home’ on arrival and ensures that the home-finding process is as stress-free as possible.

Many employees consider this to be the core activity in their relocation to a new country and indeed a suitable property that the employee (and their family) enjoy living in, is a hugely important part of the success of an international move. Regardless of the service options chosen, we work closely with the employee to find a new home that meets all their needs as completely as possible. CCR are exceptionally well linked to all the major property agents, ensuring that our clients often have access to unlisted properties, thus availing themselves of the best options available. Once a suitable property has been identified, our experts will ensure that the lease is thoroughly reviewed and will guide the employee through the lease signing and associated payments (usually a deposit and payment of the first month’s rent at signing). We will also assist the employee to check-in to their new home and will ensure a fully documented move-in inspection report is generated.

If moving with children, finding the right school(s) is a priority. We usually recommend that schools are identified and chosen prior to commencing a home search, in that way the family has a good chance of living within an easy commute of the chosen school(s). CCR will identify all the appropriate school options, will arrange visits, and will work with the family to ensure that the best schools are chosen. We will then carefully explain access and enrollment procedures and will advise on where school uniforms and other requirements can be purchased. Our school placement success rate is extremely high, demonstrating our close association with the key schools in all areas.

CCR will arrange quotations for the shipping of your household goods from industry leading providers ensuring a competitive value-for-money service. We will then coordinate pick-up from country of origin along with delivery and unpacking at the employee’s new location.

Some employers prefer that their employees have a single point of contact for any issues that may arise with their rental home. CCR’s Tenancy Management Service ensures that whatever issues arise, will be taken care of speedily and efficiently. This includes that the scheduling of repair-personnel where required will be fully coordinated by us in conjunction with the property owner or agent.
